About ProCare
Background
ProCare LLC is a non-profit subsidiary of Connect
Care Inc., a behavioral health care management organization. Depression
Care Management (DCM) is being offered through a collaboration
of Connect Care and Profile EAP, an employee assistance program.
The two organizations have been working together since 2004 to
create innovative behavioral health products/services for the employer
market. Each organization brings unique skills and strengths to
the endeavor.
Profile EAP is one of the oldest, most respected
employee assistance programs in the state. As part of the Centura
Health System – Colorado’s largest health care provider
- they are backed by all of Centura’s resources and experience. They
bring a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral
health needs of employees. Profile EAP also has vast experience
in addressing the issues that depression can bring into the workplace,
and how employees can deal with and overcome those challenges.
Connect Care Inc. is a care management organization
that excels in the administration and management of behavioral
health services. Connect Care is part of the Pikes Peak Behavioral
Health Group (PPBHG), a multi-company organization that has specialized
in the provision of mental heath and substance abuse services for
over 125 years. Connect Care is responsible for ensuring
the cost-effective provision of quality mental health and substance
abuse care to thousands of individuals and families throughout
the state. Connect Care brings its strengths and experience in
care coordination, Information Technology and data management and
analysis to the endeavor.
